All services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee recovery or legal outcomes.
Fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable once consultation is conducted.
No refund if consultation completed, client misses appointment, or recovery does not occur.
Cancellation must be requested at least 12 hours prior to appointment. Rescheduling may be allowed once.
Monitoring packages are billed monthly in advance. Partial refunds are not applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Payments are handled by third-party gateways. We are not responsible for bank delays.
Advisory fees are charged for professional guidance only. No success-based refunds apply.
